Francesco Torba is a Private Equity Analyst at Syz Capital, where he supports the evaluation and execution of private equity investments across primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Syz Capital, Francesco worked as an Investment Analyst at Moonfare, focusing on secondary transactions and co-investments. He previously gained investment banking experience at Mediobanca, Areta and Intesa Sanpaolo, as well as private markets experience at CEPRES and Syz Capital during an earlier off-cycle internship.

Francesco holds dual Master’s degrees in Corporate Finance from Fudan University and Luiss Guido Carli University. He also completed an Erasmus programme at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Perugia.

Jusef Enschai is a Private Equity Intern at Syz Capital, where he supports the evaluation and execution of direct private equity investments.

Prior to joining Syz Capital, Jusef gained experience across investment banking, M&A advisory and private wealth management. He held roles at UniCredit, KPMG Deal Advisory, Board Advisors Deutschland, HEKIM Capital Partners, SilverMile Capital and DZ PRIVATBANK, developing expertise in financial modelling, transaction analysis and corporate finance.

Jusef holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Corporate Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich.

Jeremy Lander is a Junior Analyst within the Liquid Alternatives team at Syz Capital, where he supports hedge fund research, manager selection and portfolio monitoring across alternative investment strategies.

Before joining Syz Capital, Jeremy worked at Pictet Alternative Advisors as a Data Specialist, supporting investment data management across hedge funds, private equity and real estate portfolios. He previously gained experience at Summit Trust International in Geneva.

Jeremy holds both a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of Geneva. He is also a CAIA Charterholder.

Ursula Nitschke, CFA is Head of Business Development & Investor Relations at Syz Capital.

She leads global business development, capital raising, investor relations, and communications, working with institutional and private investors across alternative asset classes. Previously, she spent 14 years at UBS Wealth Management, where she built the Hedge Fund Advisory platform and served on the Single Manager Hedge Fund Investment Committee. She later expanded the institutional business of a Swiss impact private debt manager.

Nitschke is a published author on alternatives and holds degrees from Dublin City University and ESB Business School.

Eugene Ong is Head of Asia at Syz Capital, where he leads the firm’s business development and investor relations activities across Asia, supporting the growth of Syz Capital’s private equity, legal assets and liquid alternatives platforms.

Eugene brings more than 20 years of experience across asset management, investment banking, venture capital and fintech. Prior to joining Syz Capital, he held senior leadership roles at VU Venture Partners, SBI Group, FIGS Inc, Altis Partners and Barclays Capital. He also previously served as Head of Business Development at Syz Group, building extensive expertise in capital raising, investor relations and international business development.

Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University and completed Executive Education studies at Harvard Medical School.

Dennis Vallone is an Associate within the Business Development & Investor Relations team at Syz Capital, where he supports capital raising and investor coverage across hedge funds, private equity and legal assets strategies.

Prior to joining Syz Capital, Dennis worked at GenTwo as a Key Account Manager and previously held risk and surveillance roles at Credit Suisse and Bank J. Safra Sarasin. Earlier in his career, he gained experience at the University Hospital Zurich’s Social and Neural Systems Research Lab and at Vontobel’s FX Desk.

Dennis holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He is also a CAIA Charterholder.

Théo Rogowski is an Analyst within the Business Development & Investor Relations team at Syz Capital, where he supports capital raising, investor relations, marketing initiatives and business development activities across the firm’s private equity, legal assets and liquid alternatives platforms.

Prior to joining Syz Capital as an Analyst, Théo completed an internship within the Investor Relations team, focusing on fundraising and business development. Earlier in his career, he gained experience across private equity, private markets and financial services through roles at PAI Partners, Indosuez Wealth Management and Mazars. These experiences provided exposure to private equity valuation, fund analysis, investment management and financial auditing.

Théo holds a Double Degree comprising a Master in Management and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance with a specialization in Private Equity & Alternative Investments from SKEMA Business School. He previously completed the CPGE ECE programme at Lycée Henri Poincaré.

Alexis Demarne is Finance & Business Manager at Syz Capital, where he oversees financial planning, strategic initiatives and business management activities across the firm’s alternative investment platform.

Prior to joining Syz Capital, Alexis served as Project Manager for Strategic Projects at SYZ Group, leading M&A initiatives, international expansion projects and operational transformation programmes. Earlier in his career, he worked at Chappuis Halder & Co., advising private banking clients on strategy, organization and business development, and gained experience at Daimler AG in corporate strategy.

Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Master of Science in Business, Management, Strategy and Consulting from HEC Lausanne. He also completed executive studies at INSEAD.

Magali Trombert is Operations Manager at Syz Capital, where she oversees operational processes across the firm’s hedge fund, private equity and alternative investment platforms.

Magali brings more than 20 years of experience in alternative investment operations. Prior to joining Syz Capital in 2020, she held middle-office roles at Banque Syz & Co. and Syz Asset Management (formerly 3A SA), specializing in hedge fund operations and investment administration.

Magali holds a BTS Assistant de Gestion from Lycée Gabriel Fauré in Annecy and a Baccalauréat STT Comptabilité-Gestion from Lycée de la Versoie in Thonon-les-Bains.

Jerome Gloppe is a Funds Dealing & Middle Office Specialist at Syz Capital, where he supports the operational management of alternative investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity and other alternative strategies. He is responsible for fund transactions, operational controls and process efficiency across the platform.

Jerome brings more than 20 years of experience in fund operations and alternative investments. Prior to joining Syz Capital, he held fund operations and middle-office roles at HSBC, Union Bancaire Privée (UBP), Kepler Cheuvreux, EFG Bank and J.P. Morgan. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in hedge funds, private equity, AML/KYC processes, fund dealing, reconciliations and operational process improvements.

Jerome holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Université Lumière Lyon 2, specializing in Market Operations and Middle & Back Office Management. He also earned a Master’s Degree in International Management & Financial Markets from the Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion.

Aude Stanislas is Client Relationship Officer at Syz Capital, where she supports investor servicing and client relationship management across the firm’s alternative investment strategies.

Aude brings nearly 20 years of experience in investor relations, private banking and wealth management. Before joining Syz Capital, she spent almost six years in Investor Relations at Argos Wityu, a European private equity firm. Earlier in her career, she held relationship management roles at LGT Private Banking, Lloyds TSB and Kahn & Cie Financial Experts, and served as CEO of Sunline, an independent wealth management firm in Singapore.

Rada Karaivanova is an Alternative Product Specialist at Syz Capital, where she supports product development, fund operations and investment monitoring across the firm’s alternative investment platform.

Rada brings more than 20 years of experience in alternative investments, investment operations and fund administration. Prior to joining Syz Capital, she held senior positions at LGT Capital Partners, Quintet Private Bank, Corecam Capital Partners and Partners Group. Earlier in her career, she worked at Alter Domus Group, Man Investments and Northern Trust Bank, building extensive expertise in private markets, investment controlling and alternative fund operations.

Rada holds an MBA in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management and is a CAIA Charterholder.

Katrin Seidenspinner is Head of Compliance at Syz Capital, where she oversees the firm’s compliance framework, regulatory matters and risk management processes across its alternative investment activities.

Before joining Syz Capital, Katrin spent nine years at HSBC as Local Compliance Officer, where she was responsible for regulatory compliance and governance matters. Earlier in her career, she worked at GAM Investments as a Benchmark Specialist, gaining valuable experience within the asset management industry.

Katrin holds a Bachelor of Law (BLAW) at FernUni Switzerland, alongside professional certifications in FIDLEG/FINIG and Swiss Funds & Asset Management.

Naemi Amrein is Senior Executive Assistant and Head of Office Management at Syz Capital. She supports the CEO and Executive Committee, oversees office management activities and plays a key role in coordinating internal operations, investor events and corporate projects.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Naemi has built extensive expertise in executive support, office management and project coordination. Prior to joining Syz Capital, she held senior executive assistant and client service roles at MALI Family Office, Woodman Asset Management, Velocity Verwaltungs AG, Berenberg Bank and Lehman Brothers Bank Switzerland. Throughout her career, she has supported senior executives, managed investor and client events, coordinated complex projects and contributed to operational and administrative excellence across financial institutions.

Naemi completed her education at Kaufmännische Berufsschule Zürich.
